Job Responsibilities:
- Provide our clients with professional administrative and secretarial support, including photocopying, printing, data entry, document binding, itinerary planning etc;
- Professional telephone answering and call transferring;

Job Description:
Sales of serviced office, meeting room and virtual office.
- Generate the largest possible sales enquiries through personal or standardized company sales methods, including individual sales activities such as telemarketing, visitation, agent relationship development, third-party development etc.
- Acquire professional knowledge about the company’s products, enthusiastically welcome and receive center visitors, professionally provide guided center tours and present accurate office solutions and pricing.
- Use various flexible approaches to enthusiastically follow and understand enquiries made by clients, and be proactive in keeping up with office rental needs expressed by clients in order to meet sales targets with the greatest possible means.
- Keep up with all company-related marketing activities arranged by the sales and marketing departments such as events, conferences, material distribution, telemarketing etc.
- Enthusiastically develop new market expansion plans, and provide related materials to the sales and marketing departments in the first instance.
- Proactively coordinate with the pro-sales service department to arrange for services relating to clients’ move-in periods and thereafter. Must fully understand with a detailed attitude the entire pro-sales service operations and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Good written and oral English language communication skills
- At least one year experience in sales work
