Site Visit (assisted by a professional sales person of Office Express) Written Plan and Quotation by Office Express Consulting with You Preview of and Consultation on Rental Contract Contract Signing Initial Payment by Client Payment of Commission
Commission:- Monthly rent x rental period x 10%, For example: RMB20,000 x 12 months x 10%=RMB24,000
Time of Payment:- At most 3 working days or less after the client provides the original contract and make the initial payment
Further Cooperation:- Recommending you to our clients, advising on who decides to move out and extend the company’s lease in a conventional office building
